About Me

Passionate in contributing for the good.

Carla Anne has effectively combined the theory and practice of understanding human behavior with strategic marketing .in her 16 yrs of customer research (qualitative/quantitative) and user experience/ux research. She has worked and gave recommendations to brand, marketing and sales teams and has honed a specialty in brand communications positioning and recently in contributing to product and service design.

She currently finished her post-graduate degree in Interaction Design at SETU (South East Technological University, Carlow, Ireland) where she expanded her knowledge in the design thinking process of creating products and services such as apps, website, actual products, systems or services that improve the user interaction experience of customers.

she is passionate in doing research and helping creative and technical teams design for good.

A deep-dive on consumers’ hearts and minds which explained their evolving shopping behaviour , providing strategic recommendations on brand communications and key themes to watch out for.

This study answered the business issue of  creating a stronger RELEVANCE to Brand X’s product categories in order to drive new acquisition and retention to its expanded product line.

This explored portfolio positioning unearthing stronger differentiation for client’s  snack brands in the time of economic uncertainties. It ignited a CALL to ACTION amongst consumers and protect the flagship brand’s turf in the category.
