An interaction service design project which intends to create pockets of daily purpose for older adults in every locality. The solution hopes to increase frequency of positive interactions by engaging older adults in activities that propel a strong sense of purpose.

Carla Anne has effectively combined the theory and practice of understanding human behavior with strategic marketing .in her 16 yrs of customer research (qualitative/quantitative) and user experience/ux research. She has worked and gave recommendations to brand, marketing and sales teams and has honed a specialty in brand communications positioning and recently in contributing to product and service design.
She currently finished her post-graduate degree in Interaction Design at SETU (South East Technological University, Carlow, Ireland) where she expanded her knowledge in the design thinking process of creating products and services such as apps, website, actual products, systems or services that improve the user interaction experience of customers.
she is passionate in doing research and helping creative and technical teams design for good.
